Thailand should be automatically designers incorporate ISO safety and health of workers into the environmental issues. Because in Thailand, the safety and health was very poor. Reasons which may remove the problem of worker safety and health problems due to environmental authorities about the safety and health of workers under the Labor Department.

Therefore, OSHA took the standard ANSI (AmericanNational Standard Institute) and NFPA (National Fire Protection Association)which has been first in many areas as the standard. ANSI was formed in 1918,when many of the professional associations feel the need to formulate industry standards.
ISO (International Organization for Standardization) is based in Geneva is aninternational federations of standardization bodies in ninety countries. ISO is a nongovernmental organization established in 1974. Given this organization of information exchange can be done easily. Members can propose a standard thing .This proposal will be discussed, evaluated, modified or not, accepted or rejected. The main results of the ISO is an international agreement which was published as international standards. Each member provides financial support for ISO operations center through a membership fee. ISO is a consensus standard.

From the options generally this case is the health and safety brought to the surface as an issue in the case to avoid the occurrence of casualties among the workers of standard safety and health of workers in this company work. So leader of company must change the system of safety and health. Then for several technical committees (TC) is the owner of the decisions taken company must make the workers who worked at the company to be comfortable to work. This is helpful because when problems occur in the future. And I as the manager who worker in Thailand as a progress country will write advice to the Technical Management Board (TMB) of ISO to examine whether health and safety issues need to be standardized internationally and if necessary, which should be done decisions TC above this seems to be acceptable to maintain the good name of this company located in Thailand and the effectiveness of the workers who perform their duties. and on the other hand also get their rights as workers.
